We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition across the UK and Ireland and potentially EU. This role targets mid-market and enterprise produce companies and leads a consultative sales processpositioning Prophet as the long-term system of record for complex fresh and perishable supply chains. This is not a transactional SaaS role. Success requires the ability to: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder ERP buying cycles Uncover operational and financial pain points in produce and perishable businesses Translate real-world workflows into clear ERP value and outcomes Build credibility with executives across operations, finance, and IT You will own the full sales cyclefrom initial discovery through workshops, proposal and commercial negotiation, to contract close and handoff to implementation.
