Great work starts with a great foundation. And we hope to build a great foundation through our 10-week Associate Intern Program. Associates Interns dive into every detail of the business, working to gain an understanding of our clients, their growth aspirations, and what drives their customers. Associate Interns work with everyone in the firm, collaborating with colleagues across the organization. On any given project, you’ll interact with clients, Partners, Designers, Insights Specialists, Content Strategists, and many others from our rich multidisciplinary bench. The Associate Intern role is organized to cultivate a true understanding of our approach to consulting and develop the skills to get it done.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business and customer base, understanding how our clients grow and what market conditions (digital trends, shifting customer needs, etc.) may impact that growth and transformation.
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to help answer key strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions, through brand, marketing, and digital strategies, for Fortune 500 companies.
- Help conduct primary and secondary research and analyze data; engage in creative problem-solving sessions to formulate hypotheses.
- Share your point of view and present insightful and actionable recommendations to internal senior leaders and our clients.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Recently graduated or, if interested in a summer placement, in penultimate or final year of studies.
- Relevant, approved work authorization for the office the role is based in.
- Well-developed critical thinking capabilities, problem solving skills, and creative thinking.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of, and passion for, brand, digital, and marketing strategy; and, how they impact business outcomes.
- A curious mind with an unrelenting commitment to get to the answer, to test new approaches, learn new skills, and push others’ assumptions.
- Confusion tolerance: comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt, flex, and change directions given client, project, and team circumstances, understanding the ever-changing business world.
