An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ProPharmace team as Pharmacy Training & Development Lead. This role is ideal for a dedicated and experienced pharmacist with a passion for education and training and a commitment to nurturing the next generation of pharmacists.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the National Pharmacy Programme Director to implement, deliver, and continuously improve ProPharmace Foundation Training Educational Content.
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational content focused on clinical decision-making and practical application in the workplace.
- Contribute to the organisation and delivery of ProPharmace training events, workshops, and webinars.
- Provide guidance and support to trainee pharmacists, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives in pharmacy education.
- Promote ProPharmace programmes to regional and national stakeholders and build strong relationships within the pharmacy education community.
- Analyse learner feedback and performance data to enhance training programmes and ensure they meet the highest educational standards.
- Collaborate with the team to implement digital learning solutions and innovative training methodologies.
- Represent ProPharmace at regional and national conferences and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
