An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ProPharmace team as a Foundation Training Programme Lead. This role is ideally suited to a dedicated and experienced pharmacist with a passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting the next generation of pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering high-quality educational content focused on clinical decision-making and its practical application in the workplace.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of ProPharmace training events, workshops, and webinars.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to trainee pharmacists, fostering a positive and effective learning environment.
- Promoting ProPharmace programmes to key stakeholders and building strong relationships across the pharmacy education community.
- Supporting ProPharmace’s social media presence by creating and sharing engaging content to promote programmes, events, and educational initiatives.
- Reviewing learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programme quality and maintain high educational standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues to implement digital learning solutions and innovative training approaches.
- Representing ProPharmace at conferences and contributing to wider thought leadership activity.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 pro rata.
- Contract Type: 1-year fixed-term contract.
- Working Hours: Hybrid part-time (24 hours per week), with flexible working options across weekdays and weekends.
- Location: Remote, with required travel to training locations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following:
- Current registration as a pharmacist with the GPhC (UK).
- Qualified Independent Prescriber status.
- Experience delivering clinical teaching and supporting learning for undergraduate and/or postgraduate pharmacy students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and workshops.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage educational initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital learning platforms.
- A strong understanding of pharmacy practice, NHS policy, and GPhC educational standards.
