Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full integration development life cycle that includes requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintenance of scalable integration solutions.
- Gather requirements for new integrations through collaboration with cross-functional business teams and develop the solution to meet the business needs.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing integrations and ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business.
- Monitor existing integrations and troubleshoot and correct any errors or failures on a timely basis to confirm minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and test external Workday integrations.
- Create and maintain design documents and technical support documents for all Workday integrations.
- Responsible for serving as the subject matter expert on the technical procedures and processes in order to perform mass data loads and assist other users with data load tools (e.g., EIBs).
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Workday, using Workday Extend.
- Support testing for semi-annual Workday releases.
- Participate in the Workday Community and other resources, including training and user groups, to establish awareness of current trends, enhancements, and system bugs.
- Other duties as assigned.
