About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Audit Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of our quality management efforts, ensuring that all our systems, processes, and operations meet rigorous quality standards. You will lead audits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive quality audits across various departments and locations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality audit plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve quality performance.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
- Monitor ongoing compliance and quality metrics, producing detailed reports for senior management.

- Proven experience in a quality audit or quality management role, in CRO, Med Devices or Pharma.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO, GxP).
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
