We are looking to recruit a hard-working and positive individual to join our fast growing small business. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. There is potential to develop earnings and responsibilities within the company in the upcoming years. PropertyX is a fast growing property investment sourcing business that offers future prospects for growth.

Here is more information of what is included in the role:

  • Progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
  • Working closely with the sales team to overcome challenges.
  • Liaising with clients, mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Corresponding with vendors and purchasers via WhatsApp, calls and email.
  • Updating and maintaining running sales files.
  • Showing persistence when required to ensure completion deadlines are met.
