We are looking to recruit a hard-working and positive individual to join our fast growing small business. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. There is potential to develop earnings and responsibilities within the company in the upcoming years. PropertyX is a fast growing property investment sourcing business that offers future prospects for growth.
Here is more information on what is included in the role:
- Progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
- Working closely with the sales team to overcome challenges.
- Liaising with clients, mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Corresponding with vendors and purchasers via WhatsApp, calls and email.
- Updating and maintaining running sales files.
- Showing persistence when required to ensure completion deadlines are met.
Other Duties:
- Business & AML compliance
- General email and enquiries
- Updating the sales CRM
- Assisting the team in daily tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- General experience with using email, Excel, and software.
- Ability to manage and prioritise your workload
- Prior knowledge of the conveyancing process would be helpful
Competitive basic salary, 4 weeks holiday per year pro rata, work days out/trips, hybrid working - in office and working from home split.
