Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Agent, you\’ll be at the forefront of facilitating property transactions and connecting buyers with their dream homes. You will initially work on a temporary basis, with 20 hours per week for the first 8 weeks. After this period, the role will transition to 40 hours per week for approximately 6 months, with potential for a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive comparative market analysis to set competitive property prices for clients.
  • Proactively approach property owners to secure listings for property sales and promote our exceptional services.
  • Market and showcase real properties using innovative strategies for maximum exposure and attracting potential buyers.
  • Handle essential paperwork involved in real estate transactions, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to ensure seamless and successful transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate trends, market conditions, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Create and distribute engaging promotional material, including presentations, to boost property sales.
  • Utilise various channels, such as advertisements, open houses, and online listing services, to effectively promote property sales.
  • Accompany potential buyers during property visits and inspections, offering expert guidance on property suitability and value.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a successful Real Estate Agent.
  • Driven and self-motivated with a hunger for success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in conducting comparative market analysis and accurately valuing properties.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of real estate software and online marketing platforms.
  • Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).

Work-Life Balance:

During the initial period, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. As the role progresses, a combination of office and remote work will be expected for optimal productivity and team collaboration. The standard working week will consist of 5 days, with an option for 6 days based on your preference. Saturday offers flexibility, while Sunday will be designated as a day off.
