We are seeking two experienced Lettings property secretaries to provide administrative and secretarial support to a busy independent property investment company based in Wimbledon. This role involves working closely with the Director as well as helping the lettings team with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Diary management and arranging of meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Assist the lettings Team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Excellent Typing and IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Previous experience as a secretary or administrator in a property environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Lettings experience preferable.

No weekends - Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Salary £30,000pa - £40,000pa dependant on experience.
