About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Sales and Support Executive to join our team. This is a dual role, split between providing customer support and assisting with sales operations. Most of your time will be spent helping our business clients, but you’ll also occasionally advise the general public, guiding them to the right information.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Partnerships, you’ll play a vital part in delivering excellent experiences, supporting client success, and helping PropertyPal grow. We’re seeking someone energetic, forward-thinking and ready to share ideas and improve how we work.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client and consumer queries, responding promptly via ticket channels, email, and telephone
  • Deliver clear, empathetic advice and guidance; direct consumers from the general public to estate agents where appropriate
  • Resolve a wide variety of requests (technical support, account queries, billing, etc.), liaising with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
  • Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and update client account information
  • Foster strong working relationships with all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and service delivery
  • Take responsibility for initiatives to improve Customer satisfaction

Sales Assistance & Operational Support

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, preparation of data, sales materials, and performance reports
  • Assist with the client onboarding process, coordinating communication and ensuring a smooth experience for new clients
  • Help deliver engaging client training sessions, both online and in person, empowering estate agents to get the most from our tools and services
  • Gather and share feedback from clients and colleagues to continually improve sales processes and the customer experience
  • Contribute ideas for refining processes, systems, and resources—always looking for ways to boost efficiency and enhance outcomes
  • Share insights on recurring client pain points to help develop proactive solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt between customer-facing and behind-the-scenes support
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling data and building reports based on data inputs
  • Comfortable with software tools (full training provided)
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships
  • Commercial acumen

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years working in a customer services and/or sales role
  • Proven experience with computers and software in a service environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people via phone and email
  • Skilled at working to deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Confidence in building rapport and positive relationships with clients and team members
