We're looking for a Regional Account Manager to take ownership of a defined territory of estate agent customers across Northern Ireland. This is a field-based commercial role focused on building strong relationships, driving product adoption and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your customer patch. You'll act as the primary relationship owner for your accounts — helping customers maximise value from PropertyPal while supporting the growth of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage a territory of estate agent customers
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across your patch
- Conduct regular in-person customer meetings and account reviews
- Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
- Deliver product demos, onboarding sessions and performance insights
- Maintain a structured pipeline and account plan within CRM
- Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in account management, partnerships or sales
- Strong commercial instincts and consultative selling ability
- Confident communicator comfortable working with business owners
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional territory
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across NI
