PropertyLoop's Growth team is the power behind our market expansion. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving leads and new business for our Agent Teams to help them grow their businesses.
Key Requirements
- Through inbound and outbound efforts, you generate new business opportunities for our sales pipeline.
- Contact prospective landlords directly via cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.
- Establish qualified opportunities in your target market by clearly articulating our value proposition and handling objections.
- You will develop successful prospecting strategies by working closely with Growth Managers and Team Leaders.
- Maintain flawless data management by documenting all activities within our CRM.
- Create creative follow-up communications to engage new and existing leads.
- Through innovative thinking, collaborate cross-functionally to create processes and refine existing ones.
- Contribute to the success of each agent's sales process as part of a high-performance team.
- Excellent computer skills i.e. CRM systems and phone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects easily.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection as well as handle tough calls.
