Are you creative, curious, and always the first to spot a trend on social media? Do you get excited by a well-performing Instagram grid? Love filming behind-the-scenes content and crafting stories that connect with real people? Are you organised, detail-oriented, and always ready to jump in and help? If so, read on.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We’re a brand-led business – and we’re looking for someone who can help us bring that brand to life, every day, across our social channels and beyond. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative team that thrives on great ideas, creative thinking and meaningful content. This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who wants to build a career in brand, social and content marketing – and who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
On a typical day, you could be:
- Creating scroll-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and X – from editing short-form videos to drafting engaging captions
- Filming behind-the-scenes content with our team and community – whether that’s in the office, on property shoots or at live events
- Managing our social inboxes and engaging with our audience through comments, DMs and replies
- Helping maintain a consistent brand feel across everything we do – from visuals to tone of voice
- Supporting at in-person events and investor meetups – capturing content and assisting with logistics on the day
- Handling some general marketing admin tasks to keep things running like a well-oiled machine
- Supporting broader brand and marketing initiatives, bringing energy, creativity and fresh thinking to the table
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes brand, has a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, and is excited by the idea of creating content that really connects. You don’t need a degree – but you do need to be passionate about content that engages, about brand consistency, and about learning and developing your skills in a real-world environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- A natural flair for visual storytelling, with some experience using tools like Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express
- An interest in AI and using it to improve efficiency and maximise results
- A good understanding of what works across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to write captions that match our tone
- Great organisation skills and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confidence filming content and being behind the camera (and sometimes in front of it too!)
- A desire to learn fast and get stuck into everything from strategy to execution
- A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude – you’ll be working closely with a team that values energy, initiative and enthusiasm
This is an entry-level role, but we’re looking for someone with big potential. You’ll be supported by the wider team, but we’ll also expect you to bring your own initiative, energy and ideas to the table.
