Role Description

We’re looking for a sharp, articulate Sales Closer who can confidently handle Zoom-based consultations with warm inbound leads. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who has sold high-ticket education, consulting, or investment opportunities before. You will be speaking with property investors and professionals from related fields who already know they want to become developers – they just need to bridge the skills gap to make it happen. Your job is to qualify, consult, and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take pre-booked Zoom calls with warm leads
  • Educate prospects on the Development Mastermind journey
  • Diagnose their gaps, goals, and readiness to get started
  • Guide them through the buying decision with clarity and confidence
  • Follow up with open deals, agreements, and funding where needed

Compensation

Commission Only (No base) Performance-based bonuses and long-term growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of online closing experience (Zoom or phone)
  • Background in property investment or a strong grasp of development principles
  • Proven ability to handle high-trust, high-ticket consultations (£5k–£25k offers)
  • Professional, organised, and coachable
  • Able to work flexible hours (some investor calls happen after 6PM)

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience selling coaching, masterminds, or property education
  • Familiarity with CRMs and contract/payment follow-up tools
  • Hunger for personal growth and financial upside
