The job: We’re looking for a Junior–Mid Product Designer to support our design team as we scale our SaaS platform and onboard major new customers. You’ll work closely with our senior designer and product managers, helping deliver high‑quality, user‑focused design across a fast‑moving, B2B environment.
What you’ll be doing: Reporting into the Product Director, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting design delivery across web and video‑based products
- Working extensively in Figma, maintaining and improving files, flows and consistency
- Assisting with template creation, maintenance and clean‑up
- Helping improve design systems and developer handover
- Collaborating with Product Managers, developers and testers
- Owning tasks end‑to‑end with a strong attention to detail
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years’ experience in a Product / Digital / SaaS design role
- Confident working in Figma including developing and maintaining design systems
- Experience with After Effects (or similar motion tools)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with process‑driven work
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Understanding of B2B SaaS user flows and constraints
Nice to have:
- Photoshop skills
- Exposure to video, templates, or content pipelines

Where will you be based? We are a remote-first business and across the Technology and Product teams we operate a flexible working policy with up to 1 day a week in our East Croydon shared office space.
