Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Saturday Sales Negotiator. This is a part-time position located in Heaton Moor. This role is Saturdays only from 9:30-16:00
Let's talk about the role. It involves;
- Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
- Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services
- Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression.
- Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion.
- Support the branch on lettings when/ if required.
