Property Webmasters is a specialist digital marketing agency for the property sector. We work with 40+ active clients across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content, and website builds - estate agents and developers across the UK and internationally. Alongside the agency we run Propuno, our global new‑build property portal, and Devato, our landing page platform for developers.
We are an ambitious business with clear targets for the next two years and a small, focused team working hard to hit them. We are growing - and this role is a key part of that.
The role
We need a Marketing Manager to own day‑to‑day client delivery, lead our team of paid media, SEO, and content specialists, and help us grow the PWM brand itself.
This is a management role. The expectation is that you direct and delegate – not execute. You will be the go‑to for clients and for the team, setting direction, holding the standard, and making sure nothing slips.
You will also have a protected remit to work on PWM’s own marketing – its presence, voice, and growth. That part of the business has not had enough attention. That changes with this hire.
What this role is not: finance, admin, or project management. Your focus is marketing – all of it, done well.
What you will be doing
- Owning client performance across 40+ accounts – making sure the right things are happening on the right channels and nothing falls through
- Leading and directing a team of paid media, SEO, and content specialists – briefing clearly, checking quality, and developing people without doing their jobs for them
- Being the first call for clients – holding performance conversations confidently, managing expectations honestly, and keeping relationships strong
- Keeping performance visible – reporting on what is working, what is not, and what needs to change, framed in outcomes not activity
- Building and growing PWM’s own brand marketing
- Setting the process and accountability standards that keep the whole operation on track
What we are looking for
- Thinks commercially. You frame everything in revenue, leads, and client outcomes – not impressions and follower counts. When something is not performing, you know it before the client does and you already have a plan.
- Delegates confidently. You grow the team – you do not replace them. You can brief a specialist, hold them to a standard, and push the work back when it is not right. You do not absorb execution when things get tight.
