Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
  • Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
  • Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
  • Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & holidays.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Polite and professional.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Flexible and reliable, willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
  • Experience preferred but full training provided.
  • Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
