Contract β 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (occasionally across 7 days, available for matchday operation)
Shift hours: 23:00 β 07:30
Salary β Β£15.85 β Β£18.90 per hour (based on experience)
Must have Experience in cleaning supervision β Minimum 2 years. Immediate start available β training with site manager to be taken during the day.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication
- Complete various cleaning tasks when required
- Manage the cleaning team
- Review standards
- Provide clear and detailed handovers to work colleagues
- Manage staff rotas & timesheets
- Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
- Escalate incidents in a professional manner
- Complete health & safety checks onsite
- Liaise with sub-contractors, managers, and operatives
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
- Maintain tidy and stocked cleaning cupboards
