Overview: Cleaning Operative - (outdoor site) at Festival Leisure Park, Basildon - External shopping centre.
Schedule: Monday 12-17, Tuesday 13-17, Wednesday 13-17, Sunday 13-20. 20 hours per week. Overtime available for covering site holidays/sickness. £13.45 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
- Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
- Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked
- Customer service
- Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor
- Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
Ideal Candidate:
- Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays
- Good attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Polite and professional
- Willingness to learn
- Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required
- Experience preferred but full training provided
- Good self-presentation (uniform provided)
