We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our growing team. This is a remote, self-employed role, perfect for someone with a solid background in property sales progression who is keen to manage their own workload.
As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key point of contact between estate agents, solicitors, buyers, and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions from the offer acceptance stage right through to completion.
Managing the Sales Process:- Oversee and manage property sales from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring all parties are informed and transactions progress smoothly.
- Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and surveyors, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from all parties involved in the transaction and provide updates on the progress of sales.
- Keep track of multiple sales at various stages, ensuring no delays and proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Deal with any issues such as downvaluations, survey concerns, and legal matters by liaising with relevant parties to find solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, ensuring each case is well-documented and all deadlines are met.
- Provide regular updates to both clients and agents on the progress of the sale, ensuring they are informed at every step.
