We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our growing team. This is a remote, self-employed role, perfect for someone with a solid background in property sales progression who is keen to manage their own workload. As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key point of contact between estate agents, solicitors, buyers, and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions from the offer acceptance stage right through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Sales Process: Oversee and manage property sales from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring all parties are informed and transactions progress smoothly.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and surveyors, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Handling Enquiries: Respond promptly to enquiries from all parties involved in the transaction and provide updates on the progress of sales.
- Monitoring the Sales Pipeline: Keep track of multiple sales at various stages, ensuring no delays and proactively identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Problem Solving: Deal with any issues such as downvaluations, survey concerns, and legal matters by liaising with relevant parties to find solutions.
- Keeping Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system, ensuring each case is well-documented and all deadlines are met.
- Weekly Updates: Provide regular updates to both clients and agents on the progress of the sale, ensuring they are informed at every step.
- Completion of Legal Requirements: Work closely with solicitors to ensure contracts are exchanged, searches are completed, and that all necessary documentation is in order for a timely completion.
