Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background and have dealt with high-end clientele. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Your tasks will include:

  • Registering prospective buyers
  • Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
  • Gaining feedback following viewings
  • Feedback to vendors
  • Negotiation between buyers and vendors.

The salary package for this role will include a basic in the region of £20,000, plus on target earnings equating to c. £35,000 in your first year. The hours of work will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. A driving licence is not required for this position!
