Are you an experienced sales progressor looking for something a little different? Our client is a highly respected residential managing agent based in Oxted, responsible for the management of the property portfolio of one of the UK’s largest private landlords. They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Sales Progressor to join their friendly team. This is a client-side role, acting as the central point of contact between the property managers, appointed estate agents, block managers, solicitors, and occasionally direct with buyers, to ensure residential property transactions progress smoothly from sale agreed through to completion.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage residential property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal Property Managers and external estate agents appointed to market and sell properties
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with estate agents and solicitors/conveyancers
  • Monitor transaction progress and ensure all parties are working towards agreed milestones and completion dates
  • Proactively identify issues that may impact a sale and work with relevant parties to resolve them quickly and effectively
  • Chase outstanding documentation, searches, enquiries, mortgage offers, surveys, and contracts where necessary
  • Monitor and report on pipeline performance, fall-through risks, and anticipated completion dates
  • Escalate complex issues where appropriate and recommend practical solutions
  • Support the wider property team in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
The required skill sets for this role include:
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential sales progression within a busy property or estate agency office
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume pipeline of residential property transactions
  • Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process from sale agreed through to completion
  • Experience liaising with estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, buyers, and sellers
  • Understanding of leasehold transactions and associated conveyancing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management/CRM systems.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £35,000 to £42,500, plus potential for a result based annual bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
