As the Roaming Head of Department, you will be responsible for driving forward the Lettings business and overseeing that the Lettings staff perform to the required Company standard. Based primarily from the Esher office, this lettings management role will support and oversee offices across Surrey and South West London. As a roaming position, your presence may be required at any office within a 15–20-mile radius, depending on business needs.
