Property Manager Walton-on-Thames £An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for this highly-regarded estate agency in Walton-on-Thames. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to join their friendly team and assist with their expanding lettings portfolio. Acting as liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors, delivering high service levels to all parties Visiting sites and carrying out inspections Processing insurance claims Managing relationships with contractors Arranging gas and electrical safety checks Assisting with inventories, check-ins and check-outs Previous experience within property management or lettings administration would be preferred but is not essential Full UK driving licence and have your own car for inspections. The salary on offer for this property management role will be in the region of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
