Our client is a prominent UK property developer and is currently recruiting for an experienced Tenancy Administrator to join their Build to Rent division. Your time will be split between their two developments in Brent Cross and Tottenham Hale.
Our client’s work goes beyond bricks and mortar development: they specialise in the services, facilities and experiences that are so important to urban life - art, culture, events, schools, skills and training programmes, renewable energy networks and much more.
You will be responsible for ensuring tenancy administration is accurate, compliant and delivered to a consistently high standard. You will support the resident journey through efficient contract administration, proactive communication and rigorous attention to detail, while recognising issues early and escalating them appropriately to protect both the resident experience and the business.

Personal specification:
- Experience within residential lettings, property administration, Build to Rent or a similar administrative environment
- Experience processing contracts or legal documentation
- Understanding of residential tenancy administration
- Working knowledge of Right to Rent requirements and Renters Rights Act
- Understanding of referencing and affordability processes
- Knowledge of GDPR and confidential information handling
- Understanding of tenancy documentation and resident onboarding
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management systems is desirable.
The salary package for this tenancy administration role will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on your level of experience. Benefits package will include annual discretionary bonus scheme, pension matched up to 6%, healthcare cash plan, employee assistance programme, flexible benefits platform, 22 days holiday increasing with years of service.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
