This market-leading independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join its highly successful team in Sutton. You will receive full on the job training and, therefore, previous experience is not essential, although any previous target driven sales experience within another industry would be extremely beneficial.

Responsibilities will include:
- Registering prospective buyers
- Arranging and accompanying them on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feedback to vendors
- General administration and office work.
Is this you?
- At least 1 years’ sales or customer service experience
- Some experience in estate agency as a sales negotiator would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well presented
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
This sales negotiator position comes with a basic salary plus on target earnings in the region of £30,000 to £35,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6.30pm, Friday from 8.45am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. You will get a day back in lieu when a Saturday is worked, so you will only ever work a 5 day week.
