Our client is a multi-award-winning estate agency based in Bishops Waltham, and they are currently looking to recruit a superstar Sales Negotiator with high energy and the motivation to succeed. The team have been hand-picked for their expertise, local knowledge, and are well known for seeing things differently. Is this you?

  • Experience within residential sales would be preferred but is not essential
  • Able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals
  • High standards of service and presentation
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Full UK driving licence

The salary on offer will include a basic of c. £25,000 to £28,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £30,000 to £40,000+. There is parking available at the office.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.
