A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s friendly office in Wapping! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment. To be considered, you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within residential sales and possess first‑class customer service skills. Personal specification
- Experience within residential estate agency would be preferred but is not essential
- Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
- Have knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential)

The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and performance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Friday from 9.30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
