Our client is an owner-managed, independent estate agency specialising in residential property in SE1 and the surrounding areas in central London. They are passionate about property and have gained an enviable reputation from their superb customer service, integrity and professionalism.

They are currently looking to recruit a highly organised Property Manager to join their modern Tower Bridge office. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the company’s landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a property portfolio
  • Acting as liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors, delivering high service levels to all parties
  • Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Adhering to compliance through efficient administration
  • Managing relationships with contractors
  • Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
  • Assisting with inventories, check-ins and check-outs
  • Negotiating deposit returns
  • Contract preparation
  • Ad-hoc administration duties.

Personal specification:

  • Experience within residential property management
  • ARLA/NFoPP qualifications would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Strong organisational skills
  • First-class customer service skills
  • IT literate
  • Confident, friendly attitude
  • Well presented.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
