BTR Senior Property Manager Bishop's Stortford £40k + bonus Our client is a leading, upmarket residential property investment and development company, and they are currently looking to recruit a BTR Senior Property Manager to join their thriving BTR division in Bishop's Stortford. They are a well-established and respected business, and they are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to be the operational owner of their development and take pride in its performance, presentation and resident experience. Success in this role means creating a building that is well run, well maintained and compliant; and where operational performance, costs and standards are managed effectively. You will work closely with the head of property operations, lettings partners, contractors and other teams, while retaining day-to-day ownership and accountability for the successful operation of their development. Strong residential property management or Build-to-Rent experience A good working knowledge of current UK private rented sector legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 Confidence managing contractors, suppliers and maintenance works Good commercial awareness and an understanding of maintenance and operational cost control A practical understanding of residential building systems and maintenance requirements Confidence using property management and CRM systems, including Reapit This superb senior property management opportunity will pay a basic salary of £40,000, plus bonus.
