Our client is a multi-award-winning private developer, owner and operator of bespoke high-end residential properties with interests in the UK, primarily in SW London, and internationally. As the Property Management Assistant, you will be working closely with the property & refurbishment manager and be responsible for the management and maintenance of the property portfolio. Our client is looking for an experienced, mature and professional individual with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. The team are professional, passionate about property, great team-players, and take personal accountability for their contribution to the success of the business. Responsibilities will include: • Management of Annual Scheduled Maintenance Plan – ensuring each property has proactively planned dates for e.g. mechanical & electrical, fire & intruder alarms, fire curtains, lifts, etc. and to make sure contractors are booked in advance• Property Annual Maintenance Schedule – ensuring each property has a full, costed, fixed maintenance schedule to ensure budget availability and noting preferred suppliers/contractors• Management of Maintenance Schedule – logging of ad-hoc maintenance issues raised, working with manager to book appropria…
