Our client is a leading, upmarket residential property investment and development company, and they are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to join their thriving build-to-rent division. They are a well-established and respected business, and they are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused Assistant Property Management to support the day-to-day operations of their residential developments in High Wycombe and Staines. Responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the General Property Managers with the day-to-day management of residential developments
  • Conducting property viewings and supporting the resident journey from enquiry through to move-in
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents, contractors, and prospective tenants
  • Managing administrative tasks including emails, reports, records, and compliance documentation
  • Supporting with resident communications and issue resolution
  • Assisting with property inspections, contractor coordination, resident move-ins and move-outs and general site operations
