This is a varied role, and our client is looking for someone who can deal with compliance, AML, HR/recruitment, and build & maintain relationships with suppliers. If you believe you can hit the ground running and achieve fantastic results, please get in touch today!
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing group compliance and audit checks, in conjunction with Lettings Operations Director
- Managing recruitment and HR processes and protocols
- Managing Health & Safety policies and protocols
- New joiner inductions and onboarding
- Group Money Laundering Reporting Officer
- Managing company hardware, in conjunction with IT supplier
- Procurement and managing relationships with suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing intruder and fire alarms where required
- Complaint investigations
- Compilation of company statistics as required.
Personal specification:
- Experience within a similar role within the property industry
- Understanding of HR processes and protocols
- Understanding of relevant compliance
- A strong work ethic
- A positive ‘can-do’ approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure
- IT literate – excellent typing skills.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £45,000 to £70,000 depending on the experience, qualifications and ability of the successful candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
