They are on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home, making conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster. They have built their own software in-house so clients can do all their conveyancing online and always know what's going on.
They are growing quickly and are now looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Partnership Associate to join their collaborative and ambitious team, who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working towards clear targets in a supportive and high-performing team. This is an opportunity for a partnership associate to play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers, helping to drive new business and support the company's continued growth. Responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing relationships with referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers
- Making outbound calls to warm contacts who have previously worked with the company, gathering feedback and introducing them to their referral process
- Converting suitable contacts into active referrers, building your own pipeline and helping generate a steady flow of new client sign-ups
- Clearly explain how the company works, including setting expectations around the types of work they can and can't take on
- Assessing whether potential partners are a good fit for the company and for a long-term working relationship
- Acting as the relationship manager for your partners, maintaining regular contact through check-ins and being responsive to queries or escalations
- Monitoring referral activity, including lead flow and conversion rates, and work towards weekly and monthly targets.
Personal specification:
- Have experience in conveyancing, estate agency, sales progression or business development
- Ability to maintain existing relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people
- Strong communicator and a creative problem solver, able to adapt to different customer needs.
The salary for this partnership associate role will include a basic of £28,000, plus on target earning in the region of £38,000 in your first year, with commission expected to grow as relationships and capacity increase. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The role is fully remote.
