A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s friendlyofficeinWapping! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a target driven and fast-paced environment.

Personal specification:
- Experience within residential estate agency
- Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
- Have knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communications skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Assertive, confident and friendly
- Good time management skills
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and performance.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Friday from 9.30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
