This is a rarely available opportunitywith huge scope for progression and the opportunity to take advantage of the company’s competitive, uncapped commission structure. Qualify, register and maintain a database of applicants Assist negotiators in agreeing tenancies on properties where you have the relationship with the client Provide weekly marketing and property performance feedback to clients Help build and expand the lettings business, and to be aware of future opportunities Create local business relationships and build the company’s reputation Have a comprehensive knowledge of the London lettings market Monitor and grow local profile including developing marketing and PR opportunities Minimum of 2 years' experience as a lettings negotiator This fantastic opportunity will provide a basic salary of £31,000 dependent on experience, an attractive on target earnings figure in the region of £50,000 to £60,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus! You will also be provided with a generous car allowance.
