This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the City’s leading independent estate agency. Established nearly 30 years ago, our client is a niche, private company with a significant portfolio of residential development sales, landlords, and private clients.
They offer market-leading property services through the professionalism of their staff. The company seeks property professionals with a central London background. Personality, experience, and honesty are essential.

Requirements and skills:
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in a similar role
- Preferably good local knowledge

The package includes a basic salary of £23,000 plus realistic on-target earnings of £45,000 to £47,000. Benefits include 20 days holiday (increasing by 1 day per year up to five years), bank holidays, time off between Christmas and New Year, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme, AXA Employment Assistance Programme, and more.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. The rota includes every third Saturday, 10am to 2pm, with time in lieu when working Saturdays.
