Lettings Negotiator

Working from their modern, well-presented office you’ll play a key role within their team. You we be responsible for handling enquiries, carrying out viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding landlords and tenants through the lettings process from start to finish.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and a genuine passion for helping people. No two days are the same, and you will need to be confident managing multiple tasks while representing the company brand with professionalism and warmth. Personal specification:

• At least 1 years’ experience within residential lettings
• Confident with an outgoing and bubbly personality
• Strong people skills with ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships
• Teamwork and dedication – a true team player
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
• Resilience to overcome obstacles to deliver what is required, a problem-solver
• Live within 30 – 45 minutes’ drive of the office
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £30,000 dependent on previous experience, plus attractive on target earnings of £50,000! A car allowance and parking will be provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday work will be required from 10am to 2pm, however, you will be given time back in lieu for this.
