We currently have a superb opportunity available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. This role is suitable for someone with a passion for property and first-class customer service skills and a friendly, positive approach.
To succeed you’ll need strong attention to detail, self-motivation, responsibility, and a drive to help grow the business. This is a highly competitive market, so you will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a Lettings Negotiator within residential lettings
- Provide high-quality customer service and property management support
- Contribute to growing the business
Qualifications
- Experience within residential lettings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ARLA/NFoPP qualifications would be beneficial
- Be confident and well presented
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Work well in a team as well as independently
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car
Remuneration and benefits
Basic salary plus on target earnings of £30,000 to £34,000. Benefits include holiday allowance, pension scheme, free parking, incentives, development and training, and excellent scope for progression.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4:30pm. A lieu day is offered on the Friday when you work a Saturday.
