This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices has a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join their established team in Sevenoaks (also covering Tunbridge Wells).
You will be managing a portfolio of approximately 70 prime properties. This is a relationship-led role, managing high net worth individuals and requiring strong compliance and technical knowledge. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the company’s landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer-focused property management service during their tenancy.
To be considered you will have previous property management experience, ideally in a like-for-like prime environment, and be confident managing landlord relationships, compliance, inspections, and day-to-day portfolio issues independently.
Personal specification:
- Have at least 3 years’ senior property management experience
- Ideally be ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Have a strong work and service “ethic”
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Happy to take the initiative, responsibility and ownership
- Confident in dealing with clients at all levels
- Have the desire to exceed clients and customers expectations
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and adopt a proactive approach
- Have the flexibility to work between several different office locations
The salary on offer for this role will include a basic of c. £35,000, plus a discretionary bonus. You will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week after probation.
