Are you an experienced Property Manager who is looking to join a leading, reputable agency? This could be your chance!

Our client is a well-established independent estate agency with a network of local offices within prominent towns in Surrey and Hampshire. The Fleet office has an excellent local reputation, proven ongoing success, is profitable, and has vast potential for future growth.

As the property manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 150 managed properties and overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle, from the move-in process through to check-out and everything in between. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and landlords, and much more.

Personal specification:

  • At least 1 years’ experience within residential property management
  • An analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants - excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner who thrives on a fast paced and high-volume workload
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Full UK driving licence is essential to carry out property inspections.

The salary for this property management role will be up to £30,000. Your own car is required for property inspections-business mileage will be paid. Free parking is available. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm.
