Customer Development Manager – Property Personnel
This is a unique opportunity to join a market‑leading tenant referencing and specialist lettings insurance company as a Customer Development Manager. Over the years, our client has become the go‑to expert for the lettings industry due to their experienced and highly knowledgeable team that provides a service that is second to none.
You’ll be responsible for managing agents in your region, representing our client as leaders in lettings, and ensuring customers feel valued through strong relationships, effective communication, and consistent service delivery. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, driving loyalty and satisfaction, and increasing sales of their key product range to deliver on targets while effectively managing the agent population. You will also lead engaging marketing campaigns to provide innovative fun ways to engage the customer, obtain feedback, incentivise their loyalty and create the personal touch.
Responsibilities
- Manage agent population in assigned region.
- Represent the company as a leader in the lettings industry.
- Build lasting customer relationships and drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Increase sales of key product range while meeting targets.
- Lead engaging marketing campaigns to incentivise loyalty and create personal touch.
Qualifications
- Experience working to targets.
- Confident negotiator with ability to close a deal.
- ARLA/NFoPP is advantageous.
- Experience delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Target oriented.
- IT literate.
- Collaborative worker.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Act with integrity.
Compensation
Basic salary £25,000‑£35,000 depending on experience plus on‑target earnings of approximately £40,000.
