Exceptional customer service is something you pride yourself on? Our client is a modern law firm for the digital age specialising in residential conveyancing. They have built their own software in-house so clients can do all their conveyancing online and always know what’s going on.
They are growing quickly and are now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who enjoys speaking to people, building trust quickly, and working towards clear targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.
This is an opportunity for a sales associate to play a key role in helping buyers, sellers and re-mortgagers navigate the conveyancing process, while driving new business and contributing to the company’s continued growth:
- Converting warm inbound and outbound leads into clients, helping them understand how the company can support their property transaction.
- Making outbound calls to people who have expressed interest in the company’s services, quickly building rapport and understanding their needs and stage in the home-moving journey.
- Taking a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and converting leads into instructed clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the sales team and wider business, sharing insights and helping to improve their service and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in conveyancing, estate agency, sales progression or business development.
- Experience handling sales progression is essential.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
- Sales background and a proven ability to convert leads using a consultative approach.
- Strong communicator and a creative problem solver, able to adapt to different customer needs.
The salary for this sales associate role will include a basic of £25,000, plus on target earning in the region of £50,000 in your first year, with earning potential increasing as you develop in the role. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The role is fully remote.
