Our client is a leading, upmarket residential property investment and development company, and they are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager to join their thriving build-to-rent division. They are a well-established and respected business, and they are now looking for a proactive, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their residential developments in High Wycombe and Staines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within residential property management in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the General Property Managers with the day-to-day management of residential developments
  • Conducting property viewings and supporting the resident journey from enquiry through to move-in
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents, contractors, and prospective tenants
  • Managing administrative tasks including emails, reports, records, and compliance documentation
  • Supporting with resident communications and issue resolution
  • Assisting with property inspections, contractor coordination, resident move-ins and move-outs and general site operations
  • Maintaining accurate records using property management systems
  • Supporting across multiple sites as required.

Personal specification:

  • Previous experience within property management or residential operations
  • End-to-end property management experience preferred, though not essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident conducting property viewings
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (Reapit property management software would be beneficial)
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
  • Flexible approach with willingness to travel at short notice between sites
  • Professional, approachable, and reliable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

This superb opportunity will pay a basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus discretionary bonus.
