Our client is a premier estate agency offering an unparalleled service in some of the most prestigious areas of London, namely Notting Hill, Kensington & Holland Park. Due to increased business levels, they are now looking to recruit a dedicated Portfolio Manager to provide a premium Airbnb management service for their rapidly growing property portfolio in London.
You will be responsible for the care of the portfolio quality, significantly contributing to the experience of guests & hosts. To be considered, you will be highly organised, service orientated and be willing to go the extra mile for clients. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
- Experience within residential lettings / property management / administration
- Experience within short-lets would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Airbnb or similar booking platforms would also be preferred (hospitality/ hotel/ front of house, for example)
- Knowledge of Prime Central London (preferably West PCL)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- First class customer service skills
- IT literate
- Friendly personality
- Have the ability and set-up to work from home
- Be flexible with regards to working hours.
Our client is offering a salary of £30,000 to £40,000. This is a fully remote position, however, you are more than welcome to join the team in the office at any time. You will be required to be office based for the first month for training.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be working shifts and will be required to work weekends on a rota basis.
