Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this trainee lettings negotiator position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background and have dealt with high-end clientele. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering canvassing material
- Arranging and booking in lettings viewings
- Booking out keys and confirming with applicants and landlords
- Registering applicants
- Conducting viewings
- Liaising with and updating all clients and applicants.
Personal specification:
- Be driven and ambitious
- An excellent communicator
- Be well-spoken with a good phone manner
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented.
The salary package for this trainee lettings negotiator role will include a basic of £20,000, plus on target earnings equating to c. £38,000. The hours of work will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. A driving licence is not required for this position!
Our client offers excellent progression and development opportunities. As well as in-house training, trainees will be sent on ARLA or NAEA training courses in preparation for their level 3 qualification.
