Our client is looking to recruit an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activity across an established estate agency operating from a number of offices across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire .
This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for the full marketing mix, combining strategic planning with day-to-day delivery . Working closely with the senior management team and branch teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, generating new business opportunities and ensuring their brand maintain a strong, distinctive and consistent presence across all channels .
The company has strong roots within the communities they serve, and this role will also play an important part in maintaining and developing those relationships. Their marketing should reflect not only what they do, but who they are - their personality, local knowledge, commitment to excellent customer service and the way they want their clients and communities to feel about them.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy across the estate agency, supporting sales, lettings, property management and wider business objectives
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, market appraisals and new business opportunities
Work closely with branch teams to identify local marketing opportunities and provide proactive marketing support to drive instructions and enquiries
Develop marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand’s presence within its local community, identifying opportunities for local partnerships, sponsorships, events and other community-focused activity
Ensure marketing consistently communicates the personality and values of the brand, reinforcing our reputation for local knowledge, approachability and excellent customer service
Manage the brands’ digital presence, including websites, social media channels, email marketing and online campaigns
Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including graphics, copy, photography and video
